ECA-2B External Contact Adapter

The SSI ECA-2B External Contact adapter is an exact form, fit and function replacement for the ECA-2, to interface an electric meter with the Emon Energy software.  A pulse contact from the utility meter sends pulses through the ECA-2B to an IDR data accumulator.   The Emon Energy Software in turn reads the kWh energy consumption and calculates the kW demand.  This data is used for a variety of purposes including demand reduction, demand response, utility rebates, monthly cost analysis, etc.  The ECA-2B can also be used with gas, water, steam or any other meter that are compatible with a standard pulse outputs.

Provided with a 5’ flat cable with an RJ-45 jack for the IDR Data Accumulator and an RJ-12 jack for the ECA-B.
